The coach will implement the club’s curriculum and training methodology, provide clear and constructive feedback to players and families, and maintain professional, timely communication with all stakeholders. Ideal candidates will bring experience coaching or playing soccer, strong leadership and motivational skills, and a commitment to continuous professional growth, including pursuing coaching licensure through recognized organizations such as US Soccer Federation, United Soccer Coaches, or UEFA.
