Rec Player Performance Program
These training sessions will be built to improve the technical component crucial to being an effective player. You do not want to miss this opportunity to sharpen your individual ability and confidence with the ball!
1. Improve dribbling techniques to navigate through traffic and tight spaces.
2. Improve passing and receiving techniques to maintain possession consistently.
3. Improve shooting and ball striking to score more goals.
